Where to get help

Three places to turn, in order.

1. This handbook

Search first. The bar at the top searches every lesson. Type what you are trying to do, like "refund" or "add staff", and the right lesson comes up. Most answers are already here.

2. FireNet Designs

For anything about how your store is built: the design, the theme, settings that affect checkout or money, new features, or anything that looks broken.

  • What to send: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.

Good reasons to call FireNet:

  • Something on the storefront looks wrong or broken
  • You need a change to design, layout, or how the store works
  • You are unsure about a setting in Payments, Shipping, or Taxes
  • You think a change you made caused a problem
  • You want a new capability added

3. Shopify Support

For questions about Shopify the platform itself, like billing, your plan, or an outage, Shopify support is available 24/7 from inside your admin.

  • In the admin, click the ? help icon, or go to the Help Center
  • They can help with account, billing, and platform-level issues

A simple rule of thumb

If it is about running the store day to day, the answer is probably in this handbook. If it is about how the store is built or set up, call FireNet. If it is about Shopify the company (billing, your plan), contact Shopify.
