How to use this handbook

  • Watch, read, try. Each lesson has a video, a written walkthrough, and a short "try it yourself" checklist. Doing the task once is how it sticks.
  • Search beats scrolling. Hit the search bar at the top and type what you want to do, like "fulfill an order" or "add a variant".
  • It works on your phone. Bookmark it. The whole handbook is built to read on a phone while you are standing at the counter.
  • Onboarding new staff? Point them at Module 1 and let them work down. It doubles as your training program.
